All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders, including 2nd Day and Next Day, placed Monday through Friday after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 1-3 business days for domestic orders to ship. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, P.O. addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order.
The westside is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

At any time after placing an order, you can check the status by logging into your account or by contacting customer service. You have the right to cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped by contacting our customer service team. If your order has shipped, our customer service team will issue a refund as soon as you have returned the item(s) the westside.
The westside monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions.
Gift purchases made from November 15 – December 25, 2021 can be returned for exchange or store credit only through January 10, 2022. All sale items are final sale.
The westside offers returns on full price merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed with the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned unworn and in the box. Undergarments and swimwear should be tried on over underclothing, ensuring that the protective hygiene strip remains in place and intact. Full-priced items may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment.
Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. All face masks and coverings are final sale. No exceptions.
Full-priced items purchased may be returned for a full refund if returned within 14 days of receipt by mail or in any store location. All orders ship with a prepaid return label. To ship an item back to the westside, pack your item and invoice into the return package and place the prepaid mailing label on the outside of the box.
If you use the provided shipping label for your return, the standard shipping fee ($12) will be deducted from your return total. Returns can be made in-store or by using your own shipping method for a full refund. When choosing your own shipping method you are responsible for your package, we recommend recording your tracking number to ensure safe delivery.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged merchandise or merchandise returned without the original tag may not qualify for a refund. The westside reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.
